There are so many facets to a real estate transaction and a good agent will keep you on task with advice along the way.

I think it’s important to set expectations in the beginning and to be sure to communicate throughout the process. Bottom line – ASK QUESTIONS – I’m here to answer your questions and guide you through the process.

I pride myself in being very detail-oriented and would like to share with you my commitment as your agent as well as a few details about a real estate transaction.

In the Beginning …

Most customers start with researching houses and neighborhoods. I specialize in the Port St Lucie market and have grown up in this city. There are many websites where you can find listings for sale but the best source is with an agent because I can email you listings that are active straight from the MLS. It’s frustrating to do your own research, pick out 10 houses you absolutely love, and then when I reference them against the MLS we find that the majority are already under contract. I can help you avoid this frustration by setting up a custom search.

You may contact me about one specific community but then decide you want to look at another community in Port St Lucie. I can help you with any property in this city and am not restricted to just one neighborhood.

If you decide to look in another area of Florida  –

That’s okay! Port St. Lucie isn’t for everybody but I’d be happy to connect you with an agent in the area in which you are interested. I attend state association functions every year and have a vast network of agents across the state – and country! – who could assist you with your search.

If you decide you’re interested in new construction –

Please let me know this because I need to register you with the builder or developer/community as my customer. What I’ve found is that up until this point we’ve discussed the community, sales info, specific properties but then my customer goes to the builder directly and starts shopping with them but comes back to me for advice. So if you think you may be interested in new construction, I can introduce to you the different communities that are in the area and set up appointments for us to visit.
