In March of 2012, dear David from Canada decided to make East Lake Village his vacation destination and quickly found a house that worked perfectly for his needs. The Jasper model is my personal favorite and within a few minutes of walking through this never-lived in property David knew it was for him.

Because the house was practically new it was pretty basic – white walls and not much personality. Through the help of his friends’ interior design skills David transformed the house in to paradise with beautiful decorations, furnishings, and accent colors. I was delighted to come over and see the transformation in such a fast time!
On the dining room table David keeps a folder of local brochures on things to do in the area and I noticed that his new vacation home is called Casa Relaxa! So suiting! We chatted about local restaurants that he and his friend had visited in the area while they worked on final touches such as finding a BBQ grill, hanging a fan, and installing accordion shutters.
