    If you have a pet, a pet fee will probably be required and that fee will range depending on the landlord.

    Typically a landlord will require the first month's rent, the last month's rent, and a security deposit. Generally the security deposit is equal to one month's rent. For example, if you will be renting for $1000 then first, last, and security would amount to $3,000 before move in.
